Computational thinking
Deconstructing complex problems into logical, scalable steps
I'm Anushka Menon 👋🏼
I am a systems thinker who understands that a lesson plan in a rural school and a content and community platform for moms at Apollo are both user journeys that require clarity of thought, empathy for the user, and efficiency in execution.
I have spanned the entire spectrum of multiple industries, from freelancing and building an Edutech startup to executing high-stakes projects for India's biggest brands at a top-tier agency.
Yet, despite the agency accolades, my most fulfilling work happened in the grassroots. There, I wasn't just a designer, I was an enabler, helping teachers in Uttarakhand adopt modern, sustainable learning methods that were carefully molded to fit the culture, capabilities, and reality of their environment

I absolutely love to paint. My subjects include nature in all it’s forms from the birds and bees to trees and rocks. I also love to paint things that I dream about or imagine and I have no limitations when it comes to mediums but I do really enjoy gouache.
Nature is my biggest inspiration, though my family is my true anchor. I love safaris, nature trails, and would happily live in the mountains. I’ll also admit that I genuinely enjoy finding insects. I’m equally enthusiastic about badminton, table tennis, and of course, pickleball since it’s suddenly all the rage. At home, you’ll find a serious board game collection. Think strategy-heavy favourites like Terraforming Mars, Brass Birmingham, and an overextended game of Catan. I love to travel and learn constantly. Lastly, however messy I might leave the kitchen, my brownies are to die for.

or if you would prefer, just leave your number with me and I’ll call you
